Use of Website and Tools
You may use our website and free tools for lawful business or personal purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected assets or interfere with normal operation.
Project Work
Custom development, website, AI, automation, SEO, maintenance and consulting work is governed by the agreed scope, commercial terms and written communication for that project.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, required access, brand assets, approvals and lawful content needed to complete the work.
Payments and Delivery
Payment terms, milestones, revisions, delivery dates and support windows are based on the proposal or invoice shared for the project. Delays in feedback, content or payment may affect timelines.
Intellectual Property
After agreed payment is completed, project-specific deliverables are transferred as described in the project scope. Lemobot may retain reusable know-how, frameworks, internal tools and non-client-specific implementation patterns.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided with professional care, but we are not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform issues, hosting failures, business interruption or outcomes outside the agreed project scope.
